During her studies, she received Outstanding Students Award in Social Principle Study, Developmental Psychology Outstanding Students Award, and Grantham Scholarship. After graduation, she attended the special education training courses \u2013 \u201cDiverse Learning Needs\u201d basic and advanced courses organized by Education Bureau and the Hong Kong Institute of Education<\/p>\n<p>Joanna used to work in Small Group Home, schools, and mentally handicapped center. She served as a member of the learning support team, responsible for organizing school-based speech therapy and occupational therapy services, and for the special learning needs students with individual education plans.
