Coaching Philosophy & Personal Experience
Francis’s coaching style is highly practical and grounded in everyday life. In recent years, he has primarily utilized brain-based approaches, sensory awakening, and mindfulness techniques. He teaches students, teachers, and parents how to reshape their emotional states through body posture and sensory experiences. These methods effectively help them overcome psychological barriers, alleviate stress, and achieve peak performance in academics, the workplace, as well as during exams and interviews.
Furthermore, Francis deeply integrates his invaluable life experiences into his professional practice. As the father of a teenage daughter, he has actively applied brain-based parenting methods throughout her upbringing. This journey has simultaneously enhanced his own emotional regulation, keen observation skills, and empathetic communication. These authentic, firsthand experiences grant him a profound and personal understanding of the strategies he teaches.
